On behalf of all inhabitants on Earth, who will officially answer the call once contact with advanced extraterrestrial civilization is recognized? The current population of planet Earth has exceeded eight billion people[i]. This does not include the plants, the various forms of wildlife, cetaceans in the oceans, and the other lifeforms that co-habitat the planet, nor does it include ancient or advanced civilizations of Inner Earth, living in subterranean areas. Thus, many species and various human races call Earth ‘home’.
Contemporary Citizen Diplomacy Initiatives with Extraterrestrials

The willingness of citizen-led initiatives to establish peaceful relations with benevolent extraterrestrial civilizations has been no secret and is already in the works from multiple private citizens and organizations. In some instances, private citizens have been working towards getting the federal government to take the UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) / UFO issue seriously. Although it is a small sample size, some of these individuals include Dr. Steven Greer, Stephen Bassett, and the organized citizens of Hawaii in 2006.
Goals of these individuals and organizations include establishing peaceful relations, releasing AT (advanced technology) to the tax paying citizens, ending nuclear testing, protecting whistleblowers, and engaging in citizen-led track two diplomacy with peaceful ET groups. Despite years of failure of lobbying congressional officials, intimidation, and too frequently, execution, the 2020s is primed for UAP / UFO disclosure.
